MSI Plumbing and Remodeling is currently hiring for multiple positions.

Plumbers and HVAC Technicians - Licensed and/or Journeyman Level

$35-$45 per hour, depending on experience

Schedule:

7:30am-3:30pm, Monday - Friday, with opportunities for overtime

On-call rotation for weekends and holidays -- you will always know the on-call schedule ahead of time.

Responsibilities:

Honest and accurate HVAC installation, diagnostics, service and maintenance
Incredible plumbing installation, diagnostics, service and maintenance
Building detailed estimates and invoices with flat rate pricing on a tablet or at a desktop computer
Professional and clear communication with customers and coworkers
Constant willingness to learn and problem solve
Keeping your company truck, all material and paperwork organized
Complete HVAC/Plumbing and related in-home service calls
Perform work that meets all local plumbing codes
Have a proven track record in soldering, pipe threading, fixture installation, gas leak testing and repair
Work alongside our office team to ensure overall success
Maintain a clean, organized job site and well inventoried truck
Be accurate and timely with invoices and time cards
Willing to work with apprentices and provide them with hands-on training

Qualifications:

5+ years experience in HVAC
5+ years experience in Plumbing
Master Plumber License / HVAC License not required but a plus
Clean, safe driving record and valid driver’s license
Must pass background check
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Self-motivated, attentive to detail

Lead Carpenter

$25-$35 per hour, depending on experience

Schedule:

7:30am-3:30pm Monday - Friday

Responsibilities:

Follow plans to meet the needs of clients
Install structures and fixtures such as cabinets, windows, and molding
Measure, cut, and shape wood, plastic, and other materials
Construct and install building frameworks including walls, floors, and doorframes
Follow established safety rules and regulations and maintain a safe and clean environment
Keep job sites clean

Qualifications:

5+ years experience as a carpenter
Capable of receiving and following instructions
Attentive to detail
Clean, safe driving record and valid driver’s license

Carpenter's Helper

$15-$20 per hour, depending on experience

Schedule:

7:30am-3:30pm Monday - Friday

Responsibilities:

Assist lead carpenter as needed/directed
Gather materials for carpenters to handle on job sites
Keep job sites clean and maintained

Qualifications:

We are willing to train you if you have limited carpentry experience, some existing knowledge would be ideal
Clean, safe driving record and valid driver’s license

Plumbing apprentice
